items returns policy

We back up every sale with our Simple Guarantee:

If you're not satisfied with our products or our service, we'll refund your money. Just return any new or unused part within 90 days and we'll refund the purchase price.

Important: if you help us, we will help you. Returns are tricky, and can be easy to take advantage of by dishonest customers. Our goal is to help you have fun, and get you the right items.

Return requests must be received within 30 days of the shipment of the product. All returned items must be in new condition, in the original (unopened) packages, shipped inside a designated shipping package to protect the item. Items that are damaged/opened may not receive full credit. Returns must be received back to within 14 days of the return being approved.

There is no restocking fee on authorized returns that meet the above requirements. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. If shipping was originally free, the actual shipping/handling costs will be deducted from the credit amount. Unauthorized returns and returns of opened/used items may be rejected if not previously authorized by

Refused packages or shipments returned due to an invalid shipping address will be handled as a return with all shipping costs deducted from the credit amount.


The following items cannot be returned, unless there is a Valid Warranty Issue:

  • Any item that shows evidence of being used, installed, or handled improperly
  • Hazardous materials (i.e. batteries, paint, etc.)
  • Wheels and/or tires, after they have been glued or mounted

Warranty / Defects

Nearly every item we offer is covered by a manufacturer warranty. When this is the case, we ask to please follow the manufacturer's warranty process. If an item needs to be repaired/replaced due to a defect, please check the product manual for warranty information. If you have any questions about whether the item should be replaced by the manufacturer or through, contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
